Our inspection facilities are designed to deliver high precision, reliability, and complete quality assurance across every stage of production. We are equipped with advanced metrology systems, including Mitutoyo and Carl Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), a Zeiss contour measuring instrument for detailed profile analysis, a Haimer tool presetter for accurate tool setup, and Electronica 2D height gauges for precise dimensional measurement.

Supporting these equipments is a fully equipped in-house calibration laboratory, where all master instruments are traceable to NABL-accredited standards. We manage the calibration of approximately 3,500 instruments internally, ensuring consistency and compliance. All calibration data and transactions—both in-house and with external vendors—are digitally managed through Gemba software, providing secure storage, easy access to reports, and online certificate availability.

In addition, we offer the capability to design and manufacture customized gauges tailored to specific customer drawing requirements, further strengthening our commitment to precision, efficiency, and customer-focused quality solutions.
