Vipra Industrial Projects (VIP), established in 2020, is the exclusive assembly division of the Vipra Group, located at Tumkur. The facility specializes in the assembly of Hydraulic Cylinders, Jacks, Lifting Tools, and Spreading Wedges used in Construction, Shipbuilding, and Heavy Engineering industries.
VIP operates under a long-term strategic contract manufacturing partnership with a leading American multinational customer, delivering assemblies for global markets.
Machined components for assemblies are manufactured at Vipra Group’s precision machining facility in Peenya, Bengaluru, ensuring dimensional accuracy and process control.
A special aluminum alloy required for these products was jointly developed locally in collaboration with the customer. Approximately 80% value addition is achieved within the Vipra ecosystem, reflecting strong manufacturing depth and integration.
VIP operates a dedicated supply chain team managing complete BOM-driven procurement as per customer specifications. Critical child parts are imported from customer-approved global sources in Europe, aligning with international procurement strategies.

All assemblies undergo 100% end-of-line testing as per customer-defined scope, including pressure testing at 875 bar for 10 seconds.

Over 80% of turnover is export-driven, with products supplied to the USA, Europe, UK, Australia, China, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore.
